Technorati got associated with Absolut to produce music (for free, not for sale) that will evoke the spirit of the Absolut brand. Kravitz who's now considered as an icon of rock 'n roll himself agreed to sell his artistry and his image (the image of a hunk) to help Absolut Vodka increase their sales. Smart move? Well that's all part of what we call "celebrity marketing". Indeed Lenny Kravitz's last albums didn't really do well on the US charts. Maybe this new revamped sexy image will help his personal and artistic image as well and boost his next album's sales (this just in: Lenny is working on some new material for a whole new album due in 2006. His last effort was the 2004 album "Baptism", and in 2005 he released a Greatest Hits). The song "Breathe" is cool though really repeptitive, it's good but definitely not as hot as a "Are U Gonna Go My Way" or a "it ain't over till it's over".
