JANET JACKSON's exciting new CD, 20 Y.O., drops in two weeks on September 26, and ET's KEVIN FRAZIER is working out with the svelte, 40-year-old star as she gets ready for her media blitz and upcoming tour!

"It's been about three years since I've danced," Janet tells Kevin. "It's not as bad as it could be or would be if I didn't have [my trainer] TONY. We do a little bit of cardio, so that helps me to get my resistance up, [and] when we're serious and in tour mode, it's six days a week."

The CD and the first video from the release brings Janet back to basics doing what she does best -- dancing.

"It's something that I love and I missed it," she says. "That was the first thing that I told [the producers] when we were talking about the creation of the album and what it was that I wanted to do."

And Janet's new video, "So Excited," which debuts today on BET at 8 p.m., shows off plenty of her all-new dance moves.

"It's a dance video, and then there's a love interest -- I'll tell you that much," teases Janet, who will only reveal that the man in the video is not her real-life love, JERMAINE DUPRI.

"[It's] another love interest -- you'll have to wait and see," she says, adding, "It gets kind of seductive."

Well, then, will JD get jealous?

"It's work; it's my job," declares Janet. "He's in videos with strip clubs and strippers -- it's his job. So he can never jab me with anything if he ever decides to -- so let me get it all in now, just in case he does!"
