Esmée Denters is like one of a kind. Of course, people have compared her to the new Jojo from Europe, but have you recently heard Jojo live? She's a pain in the a**. Jojo is overrated and does not sing as good as she used to. Move over, cuz now here's Esmée. First of all, i love that name "Esmée". It's beautiful. But on top of that, i like her genuine and musical instinct to vibe her voice the way she does. It's really fresh. She's got talent. She does not have the most powerful voice on earth but NOBODY CARES about the power of one's voice. What we care about and what people should care about is the quality of the voice, the quality of the sound that goes out of her mouth. She's got a really unique voice, i've never heard that before. Sure, Jojo sang a little bit like that when she was younger (if possible lol) but jojo's voice is a little bit too narrow unlike Esmée who's got a really light voice, a fresher one. The only thing I could say about Esmée is that she still needs to work on her higher notes and higher register, but still, for an amateur work, this is really already too professionnal! Emsée, please continue and we all hope you'll end up making an album but do write your own songs! They sound really good and suit you very well !!!

Je vous avais déjà parlé d'Esmée Denters qu'on m'a fait découvrir sur ce blog et voila, maintenant, je guette toutes ses nouvelles vidéos et je dois dire qu'elle s'est beaucoup améliorée! Voici une collection de nouvelles vidéos où elle interprète des chansosn très connues à sa façon devant sa webcam en toute simplicité:

Esmée sings very soulfully with a lower register and still vibes: this is soooooooooo soulful !!! like she's black !!


La chanson qu'elle fait le moins bien ci-dessus, c'est "We Belong Together" parce que c'est une chanson qui n'est pas assez "soul" pour "viber".

pas mal du tout

est-elle signée par quelqu'un ? aujourd'hui il arrive comme ça qu'une artiste en herbe soit découverte et lancée par le biais du net. C'était le cas de Lily Allen grâce à son Myspace!
